As the Head Therapist at Corinthia Grand Astoria Brussels, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional Spa experiences at our luxurious Spa facilities.

Your role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless daily operation of our spa, while providing guests with the highest standards of service and treatments.

• Ensure the massage room is a sanctuary of safety and privacy, providing guests and members with a secure and tranquil environment.
• Exemplify the epitome of professionalism and courtesy, delivering a service that exceeds expectations at every touchpoint.
• Perform expert massage sessions with precision and care, adhering meticulously to the massage schedule to provide guests with blissful experiences tailored to their needs.
• Collaborate closely with the Spa Director to orchestrate the flawless operation of the sauna and massage room, ensuring a seamless and immersive experience for all.
• Guide members and guests in the proper attire for utilizing the sauna and massage room, maintaining an ambiance of refinement and comfort.
• Conduct daily inspections of all equipment in the massage room promptly addressing any repairs needed and meticulously documenting maintenance records as per our exacting standards.
• Guarantee the presence of a dedicated instructor at the massage room at all times, fostering a sense of security and assurance for guests and members alike.
• Foster meaningful connections with guests and members, actively soliciting and relaying feedback to the Spa Director, ensuring continuous improvement and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, communicating effectively to improve spa operations and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular body and treatment evaluations for members and guests, maintaining the highest standards of excellence and ensuring each experience is nothing short of extraordinary.

• Whist working for the Company there will be access to a wide variety of confidential information concerning the Company, guests and employees.
• It is vital that all such information remains confidential and must not be disclosed to anyone outside the Company, guests and employees, unless otherwise stated. Please refer to the Employee Handbook for full policy details.

• To be aware of and comply with safe working practices as stipulated by the Health and Safety Act and as applicable to your place of work. This will include the incumbent's awareness of any specific hazards at the work place.
• The wearing of appropriate protective clothing provided by or recommended by the Company will be obligatory.
• To report any defects in the building, plant or equipment according to hotel procedure.
• To ensure that any accidents to staff, guests or visitors are reported immediately in accordance with correct procedures.
• To attend statutory Fire, Health & Safety training and to be fully conversant with and abide by all rules concerning:

• As the hotel's level of business varies considerably, there is a need for flexibility in attitude, approach and working hours.

• Previous guest exposure in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry especially in a Spa

• Fluent in English and French or Dutch (Additional European Language is a super plus)
• Proven leadership experience in Spa management.
