NET development program is something for you Ordina has a young professional program for starters.

By recruiting new people and training them ourselves, we can better meet our clients' needs and respond to knowledge areas that are scarce.


As a young professional, you will go through an intensive training program at our headquarters in Mechelen and will receive personal coaching.

Within this track, you get the chance to translate your training skills into practice. You will be prepared for your first assignment as a consultant.

Experienced consultants provide training. You can count on a technical mentor to support you in the further development of your career. Your development path is unique and tailored to your talents and ambitions.

This is you:

  • You are graduating soon with a bachelor/master in IT or you already have a first work experience
  • You are passionate about software development
  • You have a basic knowledge of development within.
NET, JavaScript, and Angular

  • You have an inquisitive mindset and like a challenge
  • You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English
  • You can work carefully, independently, solution
- and result-oriented in a team
