Join our growing practice as a Consultant with expertise in auditing and process analysis.

If you have 2 to 5 years of experience, including 2 to 3 years in data, cloud technology, IT audit, or process analysis, we want to hear from you

Your responsibilities:

  • Support clients in transitioning to a data-driven culture by aligning business and technology;
  • Identify a company's strategic objectives and the value of data;
  • Create a clear roadmap and determine the appropriate approach for different stages (pilots & PoCs vs. roadmap);
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables and mentor junior team members;
  • Provide advisory services to clients on establishing data departments and teams, including defining roles and responsibilities.

Your qualifications:

  • 2 to 5 years of consulting or service-oriented experience, with at least 2 years in data-related roles or strategic data planning, IT audit, or process analysis;
  • Ability to meet deadlines for high-impact projects;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities;
  • Familiarity with organizational data landscapes and end-to-end data flows;
  • Excellent leadership, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Track record of collaborating effectively in team environments;
  • Master's degree in Business Economics, Business Analytics, Information Management, or equivalent;
  • Proficiency in Dutch and/or French and English.
