Purpose of the job


Lead the IT Revenue Solution Tribe and Chapter Area organization, responsible for the transformation, development, maintenance, and operations of capability platforms covering mediation, charging, end user and partner billing, collections, commissioning and reconciliation for B2C, B2B and wholesale, having a direct impact on the continuity, results and image of Proximus.


Responsibilities

  • As a member of the Corporate division, you actively contribute to the definition and implementation of the division's vision, mission and strategy.
  • You lead and manage PO and Chapter owner and direct reports responsible for the development, operations and maintenance of the revenue platforms covering mediation, charging, end user and partner billing and settlement, collections, commissioning, and reconciliation for B2C, B2B and wholesale.
  • You build/implement a plan to optimize revenue efficiency, deliverable's quality, and predictability.
  • You define and drive target platform architecture and roadmaps in line with enterprise architecture and integrating short
- and long-term business needs, digitization, and simplification.

  • You establish strong collaboration with key business and customer stakeholders to improve customer experience.
  • You ensure effective service levels to internal and external customers by effective realtime monitoring, incident and problem management and continuous improvement.
  • You continue the Peak/Agile transformation: define and implement Tribe and Chapter OKRs, ensure good usage of TP, organize RWPs, homecoming days, Scrum of Scrums, PO Syncs
  • You plan and manage in a predictable manner the budget according to overall targets and following corporate governance framework.
  • You ensure lean and cost competitive (OPEX/CAPEX) operations through sourcing optimization, simplification, Dev Ops and AI driven automation.
  • You manage strong squads and chapters with welldeveloped internal technical and leadership competences while effectively engaging external partners to raise team output and performance.
  • You bring innovation with AI/ChatGPT and ensure adoption of new IT technologies required to achieve agile (CI/CD) and digital transformation (e.g. APIM, μServices, Cloud).
  • You care about the think possible culture.
Your Profile

  • You have minimum 10 years of experience in IT management.
  • IT and telco knowledge with preferably experience in billing.
  • You have a proven experience in IT architecture.
  • You have an extensive experience as a leader.
  • You are business and customer oriented. Your main contacts are CBU, EBU, FIN, CUO/BCR, demanding Tribes Leads (Omnicare, PM IT, Omnisales ), suppliers, partners and peers.
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • You have a proven record of quality decision making.
  • You are fluent in English and at least one of the national languages French or Dutch.
