Strategische keuzes ondersteunen, sales boosten, en de business laten shinen.
- WAT GA JE DOEN:
- Duik in complexe data (Business Objects, PowerBI, Salesforce, etc..) en deel jouw inzichten met de sales teams
- Werk nauw samen met de Head of BI en de OOH Business Analyst - aan wie je zal leidinggeven - en voorspel de markt met jouw scherpe forecasting skills.
- Fungeer als de belangrijke Business partner voor OOH dankzij jouw business analytics en inzichten.
- Daag het OOH management uit met jouw slimme adviezen, en push ze naar nieuwe hoogtes.
- Werk strategische business cases uit en ga op zoek naar opportuniteiten die waarde creëren voor Alken-Maes in de markt.
- Stel KPI's op en bepaal mee de targetsetting.
**Wie ben jij?**:
- Je bent niet zomaar een data dynamo; je hebt 5-7 jaar ervaring in soortgelijke rollen in CMI-data management, ofwel aan de klantzijde in FMCG of retail.
- Je hebt een Masterdiploma TEW, Handelsingenieur of Handelswetenschappen op zak.
- Jouw toolkit bestaat uit krachtige instrumenten zoals BO, PowerBi en Salesforce, waarmee je als een echte maestro werkt. Vooral in Excel excelleer je:

- Je begrijpt niet alleen de cruciale bedrijfsvragen, maar je hebt ook een diepgaande kennis van statistische analyse (prognose, regressie ) en modellering.
- Jij bent een netwerker pur sang. Het opzoeken en samenwerken met andere afdelingen is voor jou net zo natuurlijk als ademen.
- Jouw presentatie
- en communicatievaardigheden zijn indrukwekkend, je beheerst de Engelse taal zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
- Je kunt complexe problemen en bevindingen begrijpelijk maken voor iedereen.
- Analytische skills zijn jouw tweede natuur.
