Voor onze Imtech site in Anderlecht zijn we op zoek naar een Commissioning Engineer om onze afdeling Buildings te versterken. Als Commissioning Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het in bedrijf stellen en afstellen van de HVAC en sanitaire installaties van onze verschillende projecten om de klant te voorzien van installaties in perfecte staat en zo de doelstellingen van het bedrijf te realiseren.

Uw taken omvatten

  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de juiste voorbereiding vóór de inbedrijfstelling van de installaties.
  • Opstellen van inbedrijfstellingsprotocollen voor de betrokken installaties.
  • Het opstellen en beheren van de Punch List voordat de inbedrijfstelling begint.
  • Zorgen voor de goede werking van de installaties bij de klant: controle van de correcte uitvoering en installatie van de regelapparatuur ter plaatse volgens het principeschema.
  • Storingen opsporen als de inbedrijfstelling of tests niet verlopen zoals gepland en deze melden aan zijn manager zodat een oplossing kan worden gevonden.
  • In overleg met de Project Manager en de Project Manager Automation het tijdschema voor de inbedrijfstelling van het project opstellen.
  • Op de hoogte blijven van de ontwikkelingen op het gebied van speciale bouwtechnieken en zijn kennis aan deze ontwikkelingen aanpassen om zijn geloofwaardigheid te versterken door een dienst aan te bieden die altijd gebaseerd is op actuele kennis.

Requirements

  • Diploma. Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor of master diploma technisch onderwijs.
  • Ervaring. Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring in de sector van HVAC.
  • Goede kennis van het Frans & Nederlands. Je leest en schrijft vlot, en spreekt op conversatieniveau in de 2 talen.
  • Hard Skills. Door jouw technisch inzicht kan je nauwkeurig een project calculeren en voorbereiden binnen de opgelegde termijnen.
  • Teamplayer. Je beschikt over de kwaliteit om je collega's te motiveren en samen met hen aan de slag te gaan.
  • Communicatie. Je hebt de vaardigheid om je ideeën, standpunten en boodschappen op een heldere, overtuigende en gestructureerde manier te communiceren naar verschillende stakeholders.
  • Empathisch vermogen. Je bent in staat om jezelf in anderen te verplaatsen en hun perspectieven en gevoelens te begrijpen.
  • Flexibiliteit. Je hebt een sterk aanpassingsvermogen en bent in staat om snel te reageren en je aan te passen aan nieuwe omstandigheden wanneer deze zich voordoen.
  • Gedrevenheid. Je hebt een proactieve "make it happen"-mentaliteit en bent eindeloos energiek. Je bent doel- en resultaatgericht en hebt het vermogen om kalm te blijven in stresssituaties.
  • Plezier. Je hebt plezier in je werk en straalt dat uit naar je team en collega's. Je hebt een optimistische instelling en bent in staat om kansen te zien, zelfs in uitdagende situaties.
