RGF Staffing is op zoek naar een Bid Manager die onze aanbestedingstrajecten van A tot Z begeleidt. Iemand die weet hoe je aantrekkelijke tenders maakt, gebaseerd op de expertise die bij de verschillende merken en ondersteunende diensten van RGF Staffing te vinden zijn.

Je maakt als Bid Manager deel uit van het team **tenderdesk** dat salestrajecten ondersteunt. Anderzijds coördineer je de samenwerking binnen een **team van experten**, afhankelijk van het dossier en de dienstverlening. In elk tendertraject is het belangrijk te voldoen aan de **administratieve vereisten** en het **behalen van de deadlines**, maar focus jij voornamelijk op een **kwalitatieve en commercieel aantrekkelijke offerte** om prospecten en klanten te overtuigen van onze meerwaarde.

**Profiel**:

- Je hebt **minste drie jaar relevante werkervaring** als Bid Manager of Project Manager in een commerciële omgeving
- Je hebt ervaring met het (indirect) **aansturen van een team van experten**:

- Je denkt graag tactisch na over de beste aanpak voor een aanbesteding en hebt **commercieel gevoel voor een winnende offerte**:

- Je hebt gevoel voor **overtuigend schrijven** en correcte administratie
- Je bent sterk in **projectmanagement** en behalen van deadlines
- Je spreekt (en schrijft) vloeiend **Nederlands en Engels**, Frans is een (groot) pluspunt
- Je hebt bij voorkeur al (beperkte) **ervaring met de HR-sector**
