Reporting to Head of Sales Operations, the Sales Development Representative is responsible for qualifying, nurturing, and reporting on leads for the Bricsys EMEA team.

This role collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and Pre-sales to maximize pipeline creation for the DACH Bricsys Sales Region.

The main responsibility of this role is to engage with early-stage prospects and provide them with the information they need to become a qualified opportunity for our Partners and Sales Teams.

Your responsibilities include

  • Manage inbound leads from product downloads, website enquiries, search advertising campaigns, and all other marketing programs.
  • Categorize and enhance lead information within the Bricsys systems.
  • Deliver relevant information to help nurture prospects to the next sales stage and follow up within appropriate timeframes.
  • Understand where leads are in the sales cycle so that they are properly classified and only leads of the highest possible quality are distributed.
  • Participate in outbound lead generation programs when appropriate.
  • Use customer information to generate ideas about more effective lead management processes or new marketing programs.
  • Manage and ensure data compliance and integrity.
  • Work together with the Country Manager in optimizing the development of leads.

Excellent level of German and English.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of recent experience in a similar role, preferably in software industry.

Passion for prospecting and sales best practices

  • Experience working with customers and Partners.
  • Strong command of MS Office and sales automation tools.
  • Experience documenting sales activities and managing CRM information.
  • Selfmotivated, team player with a "cando attitude".
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
