Functieomschrijving
Voor een bedrijf in regio Hamont-Achel, zijn wij dringend op zoek naar een Quality Inspector in 2 ploegen.

Functiebeschrijving:
- Verantwoordelijk voor het tussentijds controleren van de productkwaliteit en de
eindcontrole van producten.
- Vertrouwd zijn met tekeninglezen, controlevoorschriften, gebruik controlemallen,
referentiedelen en meetinstrumenten.
- Vrijgeven van productieprocessen door beoordelingen te maken van eerste producten door
de machinestellers ter goedkeuring aangeboden.
- Opstellen van probleemberichten met duidelijke omschrijving van de vastgestelde afwijking,
de vermoedelijke oorzaak en mogelijke oplossing van het probleem.
- Beheer afkeurgoederen volgens procedure.
- Uitvoeren 3D metingen met de scanbox en beoordelen van de rapporten.
- Aanpassen kwaliteitsinstructies in overleg met QE.
- Vrijgave inkomende goederen bij afwezigheid SQA engineer.
- Rapporteert aan de quality manager.
- Zorg dragen voor het onderhoud van meetinstrumenten en orde, veiligheid en netheid in de
eigen afdeling.
- Eind controles.
- Beheer referentiedelen.
- Vrijgave reworkdelen + werkmethode rework vastleggen.
- Controleren van lassen : Lassnede onderzoek, Lasnaad controle van druktanks Profiel Profiel:

- A2 niveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring bij voorkeur in een technische
richting.
- Goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Analytisch inzicht en accuratesse.
- Goede kennis van Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Initiatiefrijk en proactief.
- Communicatief vaardig.
- Accuraat en zelfstandig kunnen werken.
