Besides actively expanding their consulting activities, they are also the strategic partner for
industry 4.0 projects at their customers.

Every day, they provide
transformation projects in
industrial and
production environments
at the biggest names such as Daf trucks, VCST, Tenneco, Estée Lauder, Mondelez, etc

To facilitate the further growth of their business, they are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager**
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will be responsible for
    maintaining and expanding our customer base. In this position, you will run the entire
    sales process from A to Z. You will actively prospect and easily find your way to the right person. Negotiations keep you motivated to win that deal every time. The ratio of work in
    new business/account management is about 60/40.
  • You
    contribute to the
    commercial expansion of the
    consultancy activities, i.e., the deployment of specialists with knowledge of optimizing, automating, and digitizing production processes.
  • From the translation of OT (operational technology) to IT (information technology),
    you support the client in developing an "Industrie 4.0" vision and bring specialists to the table to initiate and implement these processes.
  • You also
    maintain continuous contact with existing customers and identify and analyze their needs in terms of consulting and automation projects. As a trusted advisor, you are the 24/7 point of contact for existing and new clients, during and after closing.

THE PAYCHEK

  • From day one, you will receive a
    permanent contract of indefinite duration.
  • An
    attractive gross monthly salary according to your knowledge and experience can reach up to
    €60,000 OTE per year
  • To ensure you can visit all your clients, you will receive a
    company car with a fuel card.
