At Vivaldis Office, we are currently looking for a Technical Coordinator / Workshop Supervisor for our Hasselt-based client specializing in fuel oil delivery. If you're passionate about the technical side of operations and enjoy taking on a managerial role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

• Creating weekly schedules for mechanics in the garage;
• Ensuring efficient work distribution by monitoring daily schedules;
• Being the primary point of contact for customer queries related to the vehicle fleet;
• Supervising the repairs of ADR tankers and providing regular updates to colleagues;
• Managing breakdown services and coordinating them effectively;
• Maintaining structured technical documentation;
• Overseeing annual pressure tests and calibrations within the company.

If you see yourself as a Technical Coordinator / Workshop Supervisor, you should possess:

• At least five years of experience in a similar role;
• Excellent communication skills with a strong team player mindset;
• Ability to analyze unexpected situations and solve problems efficiently;
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization abilities;
• Comfortable with handling phone communication;
• Proactive approach and efficient work ethic;
• Proficiency in Dutch and basic French language skills;
• Flexibility in working hours.
