Synergie Careers is hiring a veterinary studies student to work one day a week in the quality and R&D department of a food production company.

Your mission will be to support the quality manager, whose main roles and responsibilities include:

• Assist the management in developing the quality policy and objectives.
• Design and oversee the implementation of quality action plans.

• Coordinate customer or certification body audits.
• Monitor quality indicators and implement improvement plans.
• Supervise analysis plans and results, adjusting sampling plans if needed.
• Track analysis plans for product shelf life.
• Ensure laboratory monitoring and sampling according to the established plan.

• Evaluate the system through internal audits.
• Raise awareness among staff about quality system requirements.
• Supervise team activities (2 people).

• Oversee complaints and non-conformities management.
• Coordinate with support, sales, and production departments to implement and monitor action plans.
• Stay updated on regulations, participate in scientific meetings, conferences, or workgroups.
• Optimize work methods in the quality unit (structure, organize, supervise, improve).
• Maintain quality contact with customers, especially regarding specifications.
