**(Junior) Company Lawyer - Dstny BE - NL**:

- Voor onze afdeling Group Legal zijn we op zoek naar een junior/mid-level legal counsel in een groeiend team met het verlangen en de ambitie om te leren en om een grote verscheidenheid aan juridische taken op zich te nemen in nauwe samenwerking met senior juridische collega's, groepsmanagement en externe advocatenkantoren.**Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zullen bestaan uit**:
- Ondersteuning van het juridische team bij internationale standaardisatie, harmonisatie en post-M&A projecten van juridische & compliance documentatie (zoals het assisteren bij het groepsproject om algemene voorwaarden in de groep te harmoniseren, het opstellen van juridische templates voor de groep, het verbeteren van IT/data beleid);
- Hulp bij het opstellen van en onderhandelen over (kader)commerciële overeenkomsten met belangrijke partners/leveranciers/klanten, met inbegrip van, maar niet beperkt tot, groothandelsdistributieovereenkomsten, commerciële agentuurovereenkomsten, SaaS-overeenkomsten (Software-as-a-Service), Service Level Agreements (SLA) in nauwe samenwerking met de juridische, commerciële en technische teams;
- Bijhouden en verzorgen van updates in bedrijfsdocumentatie (opstellen en nakijken van bedrijfsdocumenten voor de verschillende entiteiten in België en in het buitenland, opstellen van notulen, voorbereiden en opvolgen van juridische publicaties, ondertekenen van volmachten, enz;)
- Adviseren van lokale HR met arbeidsrecht en aanverwante zaken in samenwerking met externe professionele adviseurs, en in het algemeen het helpen van internationale teams voor arbeidsondersteuning, om van Dstny een succesvolle werkgever te blijven maken;
- Mede beheren van juridische tools om de juridische en compliance office te faciliteren (zoals rapportage trackers, document repositories, contract management en e-sign/e-archive tools);
- Follow-up van en rapportage over lopende projecten met externe advocatenkantoren samen met je directe juridische collega's en het management;
- Mede ontwikkelen van een kenniscentrum voor relevante EU/Belgische regels, voorschriften en beste praktijken in samenwerking met deskundigen uit de sector;
- Opstellen van groepsbeleid samen met de technische, IT en compliance teams; en
- Blootstelling aan het internationale M&A traject van Dstny.**Onze verwachtingen**:
- Master in de rechten of een bachelor in de rechten met gelijkwaardige ervaring;
- 0-5 jaar relevante ervaring;
- Goede beheersing van het Engels en het Nederlands (goede kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt);
- In staat om professioneel gestileerde documenten op te stellen;
- Een sterke communicator en teamspeler;
- Een dynamische, ondernemende geest; en
- Een kritische en pragmatische denker.-
