Join us as a Customer Advisor at the business counter. At every stage of the process, you provide guidance to entrepreneurs and their businesses. Whether it's over the phone, via email, or in person at the counter. How do you do it? By standing next to the customer, brainstorming together, and identifying opportunities. This is what your job entails:

  • Starting up, adjusting, or ending a business. Whatever the phase, you guide the customer. Transitioning from a side to main profession? What permits are required for opening a restaurant? What needs to be done when there is a change in executives? With your advice and administrative support, everything falls into place.
  • Whether the customer contacts you by email, phone, or in person with or without an appointment, you provide answers. Furthermore, you identify chances and opportunities. Have you considered hiring a student during busy times? Or planning for your retirement? You know what's best for the customer.
  • Discussing your ideas with colleagues from the social insurance fund? Or becoming the expert within the team? Researching a new regulation on your own to enhance your expertise? Everything is possible, but rest assured that you have a supportive group of colleagues by your side. You also collaborate closely with partners such as Unizo.

On your first day of work, you will receive a warm welcome and begin your training for starters. This will ensure you start off on the right foot and learn the basics of each service. Subsequently, you will have time to settle in, with the study department always ready to provide updates. This will help you evolve as a Customer Advisor at the business counter.
