De wereld van data interesseert je buitengewoon en je bent gretig om nieuwe tools te ontdekken voor het beheer en de verwerking van gegevens, alsook de nieuwste ontwikkelingen op het vlak van AI.

Brussels Connect IT, dat is een van de besturen van de GOB, is op zoek naar een BI-expert (Business Intelligence) (m/v/x) voor zijn directie IT-coördinatie.

Als BI-consultant in een hecht Data Intelligence-team van zes personen dat in volle groei is:

- werk je samen aan het beheer van bestaande SAP Business Objects en/of Microsoft Power BI-systemen, en aan het aanmaken van de bijhorende dataflows, datasets, datamarts, rapporten en dashboards;
- draag je bij aan het correctieve, adaptieve en evolutieve onderhoud van deze systemen;
- werk je als BI-specialist mee aan projecten bij onze interne klanten in de besturen;
- analyseer je de daaraan verbonden behoeften aan BO-omgevingen of van PowerBI-datasets en -datamarts, alsook de bijhorende rapporten en dashboards;
- ga je over tot een diepgaande analyse voor elke omgeving/dataset die aanwezig is of moet worden gecreëerd bij onze partner, en stel je de bijhorende documentatie samen;
- ontwikkel, test en valideer je te implementeren BI-systemen (BO en/of PowerBI) en zorg je ervoor dat die voldoen aan de behoeften van de eindgebruikers;
- bied je daarnaast ondersteuning aan de BI-gebruikers en verzeker je het evolutieve onderhoud van de producten;

- zorgen voor algemene samenhang in onze werking, onze acties en diensten coördineren om de besturen bij hun opdrachten te ondersteunen aan de hand van logistieke en IT-ondersteuning alsook een adequaat humanresourcesbeleid.

Brussel ConnectIT heeft als opdracht een globale informatica
- en digitale strategie te bepalen en uit te voeren op de schaal van het gewest en de besturen van de Gewestelijke Overheidsdienst Brussel.

Het bestuur regelt informatica-, informatieveiligheids
- en archiveringsaangelegenheden voor alle personeelsleden van de Gewestelijke Overheidsdienst Brussel. Ook Easybrussels, het Brusselse Agentschap voor Administratieve Vereenvoudiging, maakt deel uit van dit bestuur

**Ervaring**

Je hebt minstens **2 jaar relevante** werkervaring op het vlak van **databasebeheer en/of data-analyse** waarbij je minstens 2 van volgende 5 taken hebt uitgevoerd:

- Relevante informatie uit databases extraheren en samenvattingen opstellen, bijvoorbeeld in de vorm van kaarten, grafieken, tabellen en dashboards.
- GIS-gegevens verwerken en exploiteren (bv. BRUGIS,).
- Gegevens verwerken en analyseren via coaching, begeleiding en realisatie (met betrekking tot dashboards).
- Gegevens beheren, verwerken en/of analyseren met behulp van programmeertools (bv. SQL, R, python, PostGIS, DBT, databricks,).
- Gegevens structureren en inventariseren om ze exploiteerbaar te maken (bv. het opzetten van pipelines of ETL-workflows (Extract, Transform, Load) voor gegevensverwerking of -analyse).

- Je neemt beslissingen op basis van (on)volledige informatie en onderneemt doelgericht acties om de beslissingen uit te voeren
- Je geeft advies aan jouw gesprekspartners en bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie met hen op op basis van jouw expertise
