Jobomschrijving:

  • As inside sales, you are responsible for maintaining contact with existing customers, identifying and following up on prospects, and preparing quotations. _You do this together with 12 colleagues, where the words open, dynamic and collegial fit perfectly._
  • The central focus here is on achieving the commercial objectives and contributing to healthy growth within the company._
  • After an intense training, you will finally have the opportunity to further develop your sales skills and build a career within DKV._
  • You are in first line contact with potential customers who already show an interest in our products, and you guide them through AZ;
  • As Inside Sales, you listen to the needs of customers and respond to them by matching them with suitable health insurance policies within our wide range of insurance products;
  • You actively participate in managing and following up sales opportunities within the existing customer base through crossselling;
  • You are responsible for the quotation requests that come in through the various channels and ensure that customers quickly receive a correct and customerfriendly answer.

Jouw profiel:

  • You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • You speak
    fluent Dutch & French, and you have a good knowledge of English.
  • You have experience in a commercial position or demonstrate a commercial attitude in your daily life.
  • You are a real team player with good organizational qualities.
  • You know how to convince and act customeroriented.
  • You are communicative and an expert in telephone communication.
  • You are hungry to continuously improve and develop yourself.
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
