Bij Synergo werk je als Project Manager aan uitdagende, multidisciplinaire projecten in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. De functie Project Manager bij Synergo is een uitdagende combinatie van techniek en (people)management. Een brede kennis van foodprocessing en projectmanagement zijn belangrijke voorwaarden om je werk goed te kunnen doen. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan alleen het eigen vakgebied. Van eerste idee tot en met oplevering van een project geef je bovendien op inspirerende wijze leiding aan je eigen projectteam.

**Hoe een werkdag eruit ziet**:
- Sparren met de opdrachtgever en vertalen van diens ideeën en wensen naar concrete en realiseerbare oplossingen en eindresultaten.
- Zorgdragen voor de goede uitvoering van haalbaarheidsonderzoeken, programma's van eisen, (functionele) ontwerpdocumenten en bestekken.
- Eindverantwoordelijkheid dragen voor een goede uitvoering en beheersing van het project (geld, organisatie, informatie en tijd)
- Realiseren van het gewenste projectresultaat (scope, kwaliteit).
- Ondersteunen van de opdrachtgever bij inkoop en contractvorming.
- Directievoering namens de opdrachtgever tijdens de uitvoering.
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgever en andere partijen.
