We are looking for a new colleague in our Customer Facing department/Customer Project Delivery team at any location in Belgium or the Netherlands.


About the role at ZF:

The Project Delivery Manager is responsible for the delivery of strategic customer implementation projects. You will actively contribute to setting, maintaining, and ensuring standards for project management in the region.

Your tasks as a Project Delivery Manager (M/F/d):

  • Drive & deliver project implementations for strategic accounts according to company standards in close collaboration with diverse groups of stakeholders in System Solutions Digital.
  • Assemble and lead the internal project teams to make sure that projects are in line with customer requirements, and compliant with quality, cost and ontime delivery of targets.
  • Establish systematic transparency on the status of the assigned projects. Building efficient communication channels towards the strategic accounts and System Solutions Digital stakeholders.
  • Drive project management in new segments and markets, supported by the Field Operations teams. Open to lead global implementation projects.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

Your profile as a Project Delivery Manager (M/F/d):

  • Project management skills: Knowledge and proven work experience in project management, delivering projects with a high level of complexity and leading cross-departmental teams. Experience with implementation. Projects of telematics solutions is an asset.
  • Solid organizational and multitasking skills. Independent, qualitydriven, and able to remotely manage teams and projects. Willingness to travel.
  • Excellent written and verbal customerfacing and internal communication skills. Fluent in English.
  • Experience in the transportrelated sector (telematics, transportation management, fleet management, warehouse management, logistics, etc.) is an asset.
  • Strong ICT (IT, communication, ERP, etc.) affinity.
