**Jouw uitdaging**:
Als Telecom execution owner bouw je elke dag mee aan de toekomst van de site van BASF Antwerpen. Bij BASF omvat industriële telecommunicatie zowel de basisinfrastructuur (glasvezel, koper en draadloze netwerken en datacenters), site security (camera's, brand
- en inbraakbeveiliging,...), als communicatieproducten (omroep en sirenes, mobiele-/radiotechnologie, audio-video, ). Samen met het team ben je operationeel verantwoordelijk voor het afwikkelen van de engineering en implementatie van nieuwe projecten en het onderhoud en oplossen van storingen in bestaande installaties.

Je levert een maximale bijdrage aan het succes van de interne klanten en de volledige site door:

- Operationeel leiding te geven aan vier teams van experts in de basis
- en detailengineering en uitvoering van telecommunicatieprojecten, -onderhoud en -troubleshooting.
- Direct verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen voor het multi project management in scheduling en expediting.
- Het monitoren en actief bijsturen van de workflow en resource capaciteiten.
- Actief de verbinding te zoeken met de hoofd aanspreekpunten van de interne klanten en partners om zo goed mogelijk te begrijpen wat hun noden en verwachtingen zijn.
- De teamleden te ondersteunen in hun werk en een actieve rol op te nemen in hun verdere ontwikkeling in multi project uitvoering.
- Samen met het management team van de dienst telecommunicatie de beleidslijnen uit te zetten voor de verdere ontwikkeling van de hele dienst.

- Je behaalde een masterdiploma of deed relevante ervaring op die je in staat stelt om kritisch na te denken over processen en ondersteuning te bieden in soms complexere projecten en analyses.

- Diepgaande kennis van telecommunicatietechnologie is niet vereist maar een gezonde interesse en nieuwsgierigheid is wel een absolute noodzaak.
- Idealiter heb je al een eerste ervaring als coördinator of teamlead.
