Consultant, KYC
Advise banks and other financial institutions on best practices in KYC management including designing and implementing solutions for effective KYC processes.

Responsibilities:

  • You refine the backlog to support the Product Owner of the squad
  • Work experience in European banking industry is required
  • You play an active role in the refinement of user stories to ensure user story feasibility
  • You translate business requirements into functional designs, ensuring compliance by design
  • You align with the architects to make sure the designed solution is in line with the architectural roadmap
  • You work closely together with various departments in a financial institution to refine the user stories and finalize the functional design
  • You help your client in addressing requests from various stakeholders – e.g. regulators, auditors etc
  • You play a key role in the quality assurance of the delivered solution; supporting the team in user acceptance testing and aligning with the stakeholders is one of the important responsibilities
  • You build the bridge between business and IT.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Masters degree preferred
  • At least 4 years' experience in KYC and CDD processes and reporting in banks and financial institutions
  • Experience in designing KYC, CDD processes and building solutions to address these processes
  • Understanding of KYC, CDD processes as applicable to different types of banking customers
  • Ability to analyze the business requirements into solution design and implement the solution
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Dutch and/or French professional fluency is an advantage
  • SQL literacy is an advantage
