Process Application Engineer

Samen met onze klant, een leverancier van automatiseringsoplossingen, zijn we op zoek naar een Process Application Engineer. In deze rol analyseer je grondig de werking van de machines en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het testen van de toepasbaarheid van het proces. Je combineert technische expertise, zoals kennis van elektromechanica of mechanica, met ervaring in het beheren van processen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten, afstellen en configureren van de machines volgens vastgestelde procedures
- Je waarborgt dat de machines produceren volgens de vooropgestelde specificaties en dat klanttevredenheid en kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel worden gehouden
- Je voert nauwkeurige en uitgebreide tests uit op elk aspect van de machine. Dit omvat onder meer het testen van spanning, aansluitingen, software en andere aspecten. Na elke test controleer je de consistentie
- Je neemt de wensen van de klant in overweging en handhaaft de kwaliteitsnormen
- Je past je kennis van elektriciteit, elektronica, software en mechanica toe
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren van processen, het onderzoeken en definiëren van technisch haalbare oplossingen
- Tijdens het onderzoek en de uitvoering van het proces definieer je belangrijke inputparameters om ervoor te zorgen dat het proces optimaal verloopt
Wie zoeken wij nu precies?
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor- of masterdiploma in elektronica of elektromechanica, of gelijkwaardige ervaring
- De kennis van optica (zoals lasers, camera's, enz.) is een pluspunt
- Je hebt een goed inzicht in zowel elektrische als mechanische aspecten van fijne techniek
- Je bent bekwaam in het lezen en begrijpen van schema's en tekeningen.
- Je hebt ervaring met PLC-besturingen, met name van Omron, Siemens, of Beckhoff.
- Je kunt statistische en wiskundige technieken toepassen.
- Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel intern als in de omgang met klanten
- Je kan zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht werken in combinatie met de nodige kritische en logische denkwijze
- Je hebt interesse in zowel machinebouw als in nieuwe technologieën en onderzoeken
- Je bent punctueel en houdt je aan gemaakte afspraken en deadlines
- Je bent bereid om te reizen, zowel binnenlands als internationaal (maximaal 20%).
- Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend en hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Engels. Kennis van het Duits en/of Frans is een pluspunt.
