Als Senior Strategy Manager Insurance werk je binnen de Corporate Office van de CEO Belfius Bank en spits je je voornamelijk toe op dossiers die een band hebben met Belfius Senior Strategy Manager Insurance werk je binnen de Corporate Office van de CEO Belfius Bank en spits je je voornamelijk toe op dossiers die een band hebben met Belfius Insurance. De Corporate Office van de CEO staat . in voor de strategiebepaling van Belfius Bank maar ook voor de opvolging van de belangrijkste filialen waaronder Belfius Insurance.
De job in een notendop
Je bent de persoon in de corporate office die verzekeringsdossiers (commercieel, financieel, technisch) kan analyseren en challengen.
Je adviseert in deze dossiers ook de verantwoordelijke van de Corporate Office en de CEO van Belfius Bank zodat zij deze dossiers in volle vertrouwen en met kennis van zaken kunnen opnemen tijdens officiële overlegorganen. (Bijv. Raad van Bestuur).
Je bouwt een coherente en constructieve governance tussen Belfius Bank & Belfius Insurance zodat er een voortdurende alignering is.
Je neemt ook de lead op ad hoc strategische en tranversale projecten die in de corporate office belanden die steeds een band hebben met de strategie van de Bank.
Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn
We zoeken vooral naar een dynamisch all-round profiel met een brede ervaring in de verzekeringen: goed en breed begrip van alle facetten van een verzekeraar (Leven en Niet-Leven, commerciële strategie, financieel en risicobeheer,...).
Daarnaast zoeken we de volgende competenties:
Een Master diploma met minimum 5jaar ervaring in een consultant rol Een duidelijke en motiverende communicatiestijl, met het vermogen om te aligneren met stakeholders van diverse achtergronden Een analytische ingesteldheid met het vermogen om complexe informatie te begrijpen en te verwerken tot actiegerichte strategieën Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden met het vermogen om structurele veranderingen teweeg te brengen in diverse lagen van de organisatie Ervaring met project management, met een focus op succesvolle oplevering van projecten binnen het vooropgestelde tijdschema Drietaligheid (Frans/Nederlands/Engels)Belfius koestert zijn talenten
