**Unique Select,** cabinet de recrutement spécialisé, est actuellement à la recherche d'un **Business Development Manager **dans le domaine des Sciences de la Santé, avec une expertise en Contrôle Qualité (QC), pour l'un de nos clients de renom.

Notre client recherche un réel chasseur de nouvelles opportunités. Voici les tâches relatives à la fonction:

- Prospecter de nouveaux clients.
- Développer des nouvelles opportunités en CPG (Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication) et en bioanalyse selon les BPL (Bonnes Pratiques de Laboratoire).
- Diriger des projets nouveaux/stratégiques dans le secteur des Sciences de la Santé.
- Établir, surveiller et coordonner des plans d'action en temps opportun, en tenant compte des écarts positifs et négatifs par rapport aux objectifs.
- Vous rapporterez au Unit Manager.

**Profil**

Voici le profil recherché:

- Formation scientifique requise.
- Très bon niveau de français, néerlandais (min. B2) et anglais.
- Environ 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente dans l'industrie des sciences de la vie pour les petites et/ou grandes molécules (CPG et/ou bioanalyse).
- Connaissance de base des activités de l'industrie pharmaceutique et des études cliniques.
- Bonne compréhension des exigences réglementaires (CPG, BPL, etc.).
- Bonne capacité de communication et de création de contacts.

**Offre**

Package salarial:

- Contrat à Durée Indéterminée (CDI).
- Salaire déterminé selon votre background.
- Frais nets déterminé selon votre background.
- 12 jours de repos compensatoire + 20 jours de congés.
- Voiture de société fournie.
- Assurance pension et hospitalisation.
- Bonus annuel calculé en fonction du profil et des objectifs, discuté avec le Site Manager.
- Télétravail possible après les 3 premiers mois, avec la possibilité de déplacements dans le Benelux.
