Wie is Krinkels?
U kent Krinkels misschien niet en toch is Krinkels het enige grote bedrijf dat actief is in de groenvoorziening. Wij zijn al meer dan 50 jaar gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling en het onderhoud van openbare en privéruimten ).
Ons doel: de leefomgeving van de Belg aangenamer maken door rekening te houden met ecologie en duurzame ontwikkeling.
Bij Krinkels hebben we drie verschillende bedrijfsgebieden die:
houdt zich voornamelijk bezig met het onderhoud van openbaar en privaat groen (parken, wegen, sportfaciliteiten, enz.) biedt verschillende diensten rond gebouwen (supermarkten, parking, straatmeubilair, enz.) beheert herontwikkelings- / (ver)bouwprojecten (openbare ruimte, parken, sportaccommodaties, etc.)Momenteel hebben we meer dan 700 medewerkers (bedienden en arbeiders) verspreid over 8 sites in België. Dankzij onze exclusieve positie op de Belgische markt hebben we constant nieuwe klanten/projecten en rekruteren we constant veel nieuwe profielen
Om deze groei te begeleiden/ondersteunen investeren we in onze afdeling Process om de operationele leiding maar ook tal van projecten te kunnen uitvoeren.

Functie
Krinkels is op zoek naar een extra collega om de familie aan te vullen. We zijn op zoek naar een Process Engineer die zich wil verdiepen in de huidige operationele processen van Krinkels.
Maar vooral iemand die nadenkt over hoe we de bestaande processen kunnen verbeteren en uniformeren over heel België.
Jouw gevarieerd takenpakket zal bestaan uit volgende zaken:
Je gaat de bestaande operationele processen analyseren , met als einddoel het vormen, uitwerken en uittesten van procesverbeteringen. Dit allemaal op een gestructureerde manier, je werkt hiervoor een plan uit in samenwerking met de IT-ontwikkelingsdienst. Je onderzoekt, test en implementeert de nieuwe processen met ondersteuning van IT en business. Je ondersteunt de verschillende afdelingen bij het implementeren van de nieuwe processen (adhv opleidingen, FAQ, handleidingen,...). Je evalueert de processen na de implementatie, dit in nauw contact met IT en business (werfleiders, ploegbazen,...).Wie ben jij?
Uit welk DNA bestaat onze ideale Process Engineer?
Een sterke Process Engineer word je niet zomaar. Je hebt reeds kennis van de groensector (of gelijkaardig) en bij de procesanalyse zal je de nodige opleidingen/ondersteuning krijgen.
Het is wel belangrijk dat je niet van nature een afwachtende houding neemt, maar graag het heft in eigen handen neemt.
We zoeken iemand die klaar is voor een volgende uitdaging en graag meedenkt over het verbeteren van de huidige processen.
Onze ideale Process Engineer:
Wil leren processen analyseren en meedenken aan verbeteringen. Werkt methodisch en bezit de nodige organisatorische vaardigheden. Beschikt over goede en overtuigende communicatieve vaardigheden. Beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend en heeft een goede basiskennis Frans. Is flexibel om zich minstens 2 keer per week te verplaatsen naar onze andere vestigingen en Breda.-
