Your Role
To strengthen the Communications team in the Portable Air Division, we are looking for a Communications Specialist who will be responsible for enhancing the Chicago Pneumatic, Liutech and APT brands within Portable Air, making them more recognizable, relevant, and exciting to our customers and all stakeholders to support our company's growth strategy globally.
Key responsibilities
Securing the perception of the brand:
- Message development: collaborate with the Brand & Communication Manager to develop clear and consistent brand messaging that resonates with the target audience. Ensure brand messaging aligns with the company's values, vision, and goals.
- Brand and communication strategy:
- Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive communication strategies to enhance brands visibility, recognition, and reputation on a global scale.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistency in brands representation across all touchpoints.
- Maintain consistent brands voice and appearance across all communication materials.
Develop an effective and brand-distinct marketing communications framework:
- Content creation.
- Produce highquality written, visual, and multimedia content that reflects the brands' identity and effectively communicates their value proposition for various communication channels.
- Create product launch packages, according to defined processes.
- Develop multichannel communication campaigns that address critical customer needs with the end goal of increasing customer engagement and conversion to drive customer acquisition.
- Support the digital communications team in the optimization of the digital presence of the brands in the different channels and actively contribute to business results by driving qualified lead generation through digital customer engagement.
- Event coordination: support the planning and execution of online and offline events, webinars, and other customer touchpoints aimed at promoting the brands' message and values.
- Ensure that the brands have innovative & sales enablement tools and that those are nourished with interactive and relevant content for the sales organization.
Analytics and reporting:
- Monitor and analyse the performance of the brands and specific communication initiatives, using datadriven insights to optimize strategies.
- Generate regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate results to the team.
- Develop and implement communication processes and tools to support our Customer Centers to grow their business in a sustainable profitable way.
To succeed, you will need
Knowledge, experience & competencies
- You have at least 35 years of relevant experience in communication, content creation, and brand development.
- Solid knowledge of digital channels and analytics tools.
- You have the ability to manage projects in time and seethrough completion.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- You have good organizational skills and are resilient
- You speak English (high working proficiency)
- You hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent by experience.
