**Fonction**:
Vous assumez un rôle crucial de
- **coordination des activités opérationnelles et gestion des plannings** au sein de notre équipe de logistique promotionnelle. De plus, vous serez le lien direct avec nos clients. Ce rôle nécessite une gestion minutieuse du temps, des ressources et un excellent sens des priorités. Vous serez amené à effectuer des tâches administratives (achats, facturation,...)
- **responsable de la planification** des actions sur mesure pour nos clients. De la réception de la demande à la mise en œuvre des actions de logistique et de merchandising dans les magasins. (Livrer, installer, préparation de la promotion, entretien de l'outil promotionnel, nettoyage, etc)
- **suiv**i des demandes des clients et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
- **Supervision les équipes de terrain** (les magasiniers et les chauffeurs) pour assurer la qualité du travail et régler les problèmes en les anticipant.
- **suivi quotidien des actions logistiques et merchandising** avec réactivité et efficacité, en tenant compte des aspects marketing.
- Assurer un rapport détaillé des actions de marketing en cours et des activités de programmation.

**L'équipe**
- Vous travaillerez dans nos **bureaux spacieux de Vilvorde** et serez en contact avec **l'espace contenaires situé au rez-de-chaussée**:

- Pour notre division logistique, **nous comptons une dizaine de collaborateurs fixes. (des account managers dédiés à un type de secteur, des employés comptables, administration et office management, des magasiniers et chauffeurs et bon nombre de sous-traitants.)**:

- Chez Profield le rythme de travail est surtout **soutenu de lundi au mercredi**. Les jeudis sonnent déjà les préparations du planning pour la semaine suivante.
- Nous mangeons en général ensemble dans notre spacieuse cuisine et allons, si nous le désirons, **nous promener** dans les alentours avec quelques collaborateurs dont le directeur. **En hiver, une soupe** maison est offerte pour tout le monde.
- Vous avez compris que notre structure est très **plate** avec un respect pour **l'Humain **de la part de la direction et une **écoute sensée** de celle-ci.
- Nous sommes **solidaires entre collègues** en cas de rush et partageons de **bons moments **entre nous.
- Quel que soit notre métier (délégués commerciaux, account managers, office manager, magasiniers, transporteurs, etc), le dénominateur commun entre ces **80 collaborateurs fixes et temporaires est le respect des délais, du planning et de la qualité.**

**Profil**:

- **3 ans ou plus** d'expérience dans un environnement B2B.
- Être titulaire d'un diplôme de **niveau bachelier.**:

- **Bonne capacit**é** de compr**é**hension et d'assimilation des proc**é**dures** logistiques & merchandising dans un environnement marketing.
- **Bonne r**é**solution de probl**è**mes, coordinateur et aimant trouver des solutions pour les clients.**:

- **Personnalit**é** multi-t**â**ches**, **planification**:

- **Expert des outils Microsoft Office, en particulier d'Excel** (tableaux croisés dynamiques, utilisation de formules)
- **Autonome **et aimant travailler au sein **d'une petite **é**quipe**.
- Esprit d'anticipation
- **Ponctuel et organis**é**:

- Sens de **l'analyse et bonnes capacit**é**s de communication**:

- Langues : FR/NL (l'anglais est un plus pour converser par mail avec certains de nos clients)
