We are looking for aBusiness Analyst to join our team in Brussels:
Job description and core responsibilities:
- Works in close collaboration with the relevant experts to support and challenge them with defining the product concept, detailed processes and/or conceptual and functional architecture.
- Involves external and/or internal endusers to identify, confirm and validate the needs and pain points, this in collaboration with the UX researcher and in support of the (Cluster) Product Owner.
- Defines the acceptance criteria of Opuses and Features for which he/she is in the lead.
- Works in close collaboration with the (Squad) Product Owner and development team during the refinement of Features to ensure they consistently have all necessary information.
- Provides support during business and user testing and assists with the organization of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicable.
- Supports the Change Manager and the Go-ToMarket Manager with preparing change and gotomarket activities.
- Actively monitors the success of new solutions based on KPIs and derives potential improvements from this, that are in turn added to the Cluster or Squad backlog.
Mandatory Tech Skills:
- Master or Bachelor with relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Business Analysis methods & techniques such as elicitation techniques, Impact mapping, story mapping, design thinking.
- Good expertise in MS Office.
- Good understanding of IT and testing.
- Financial services Banking with a focus on digital journey definition and implementation within the customer channels.
- Good understanding of work flow processes.
- Good understanding of business architecture.
