**Dit is jouw topjob**:
De afdeling **Risk, Control & Performance Management Life Insurance** is verantwoordelijk voor alle activiteiten van controle, risicobeheer en commerciële en technische analyses en reportings voor de directie van Bank Channel & Life Insurance Development.
Zo staat meer specifiek de entiteit **Control Life Insurance** in voor de BGaaP- en IFRS17-afsluitingen voor de businesslijn, en ook voor het opstellen van de meerjarenbegroting en de forecasts. Hun taak bestaat erin de verschillende winstbronnen van de businesslijn te analyseren en het topmanagement (directeur van de businesslijn, CFO) te informeren en te sensibiliseren voor eventuele, toekomstige rendabiliteitsproblemen. Samenwerking met alle belangrijke afdelingen van de onderneming is van essentieel belang en biedt een globaal beeld van het beheer van een verzekeringsmaatschappij.
Ook de nieuwe IFRS17-boekhoudnorm, die vanaf 2023 van toepassing is, heeft een grote invloed op de rekeningen van verzekeringsondernemingen. In die context moet **Control Life Insurance** een nieuwe manier invoeren om de boekhoudrekeningen van de businesslijn af te sluiten, nieuwe expertise op het gebied van P&L-analyse verwerven en nauw samenwerken met de andere betrokken teams.
Om dit team te versterken, zoeken wij een **Business Control Officer**:
- Jij draagt de gedeelde **verantwoordelijkheid** voor de kwartaalafsluitingen van Bank Channel: BGaap en IFRS17.
- Je bent ook gedeeltelijk **verantwoordelijk **voor de meerjarenbegroting en de forecasts voor Bank Channel.
- Je verricht verrijkend werk met je collega binnen een **dynamisch en enthousiast team**.
- Je speelt een **centrale rol** in de strategische beslissingen van de businesslijn.
- **Je werkt samen met diverse teams** om je kennis en je netwerk uit te breiden.
**Dit ben jij helemaal**:
- Heb je een **universitair of masterdiploma** in een kwantitatieve en financiële richting (actuaris, ingenieur, mathematicus of economist), en heb je **ervaring** in de verzekeringswereld en/of in analytische boekhouding? Dat is een pluspunt
- **Je werkt gestructureerd en georganiseerd** en je bent **een geboren analist**. Je bent 'resultaatgericht' in alles wat je doet.
- Je hebt een **kritische geest**, beschikt over een flinke dosis **creativiteit** en kan snel **zelfstandig**:
- **Samenwerking** is essentieel. Je beheert je relaties constructief, je staat open voor verandering en kan omgaan met mogelijke belangenconflicten.
- **Computerprogramma's **zoals Access, Excel, Word, Visual Basic of SAS hebben geen geheimen voor jou. Heb je bovendien ook **ervaring met programmeren**? Absoluut een plus
- **Presentaties** geven en **vergaderingen** leiden? Da's jouw dada. Je communiceert gemakkelijk met alle doelgroepen en bent **overtuigend en duidelijk** in je uitleg.
- Heb je een goede kennis van het **Frans**? Geweldig Beheers je ook het **Engels** vrij goed? Fantastisch
