Business Developer - Brussels

The Team Treatwell is growing and we are actively looking for our future gems. You will join a team of dynamic and highly motivated salespeople to revolutionize the beauty world.

As a key player in our commercial development in Belgium, your goal will be to expand your own geographical area in Brussels and its surroundings by convincing beauty professionals to join us and use our software to grow their business.

Upon your arrival, you will benefit from a comprehensive onboarding program spread over several weeks, aiming to provide you with the best support to shine in commercial development later on. A true hunter at heart, you want to perfect your sales/prospecting techniques with an innovative and appealing product? This position is tailor-made for you.

Your tasks

  • Research and prospect beauty and wellness professionals in your geographical area, through phone, internet, CRM, social networks, but especially in direct contact on the field;
  • Secure appointments and independently manage sales until closing;
  • Support our partners in their initial steps after signing the contract, onboard them, teach them everything about our software so that they use it correctly, then hand over their follow-up to our Account Managers;
  • Update our CRM database by enriching it with all relevant information (we use Salesforce, we will train you on this tool);
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and provide field feedback to help us refine our sales techniques and approaches;
  • Analyze your performance to meet or even exceed your goals;
  • Lastly, teamwork is very important to us, and you will be a key element in fostering and boosting the team.

About you

  • No matter your degrees, we are primarily looking for a mindset. You love the entrepreneurial world, have a strong team spirit, and a taste for challenges;
  • You have had previous experience in B2B field prospecting;
  • You are organized and handle sales opportunities from creation to administrative management of closing meticulously without hesitation;
  • You are a born hunter and can adapt to a constantly evolving environment;
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, are very comfortable speaking French orally;
  • You hold a driving license (B license);
  • You are ambitious, working with goals to achieve is a source of motivation for you;
  • Your positivity and good mood are contagious, and you remain positive in all circumstances;
  • Being able to speak English would be a bonus :)
