Introductie

Would you like to play a key role in supporting a high-quality IT infrastructure to the EMEA region?

A high-quality IT infrastructure is a must to stay competitive in an increasingly interconnected world.


To ensure we can deliver this in EMEA, we are now looking for an End User Computing (EUC) Support Engineer in the IT Operations EMEA Team.


You will be part of the IT Operations EMEA support team and will together with your colleagues provide 2nd & 3rd level support on the End User Computing services and platform.


Mission:

Together with your colleagues in the different regions, you guarantee the stability, health and compliance of the SCCM environment.

By using the SCCM environment you ensure

  • We maintain our PC/Software inventory.
  • We are able to deploy or upgrade software in an automated way
  • We are able to install new PC's in a standard and automated way.
  • We keep our clients in a compliant : patching, Microsoft Defender ATP & AV,
You assist the local IT teams to solve the more advanced incidents and requests related to the EUC service:

  • Software packaging
  • Local PC imaging issues
  • Client OS related issues


You assist the Solutions and Architect team and the regional specialist in the different projects to further improve and innovate our EUC solution.


You work closely together with the local IT teams to ensure the PC's remain in a compliant state or compliance issues are resolved.


Knowledge:

  • Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager/Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
  • Intune
  • Windows 10 & 1
  • Office 36
  • Client hardware
  • Managing Antivirus software. Microsoft Defender is a plus


 Scripting
  • Powershell
  • PC Imaging deployment. Knowledge of AutoPilot
  • Bitlocker
  • General Active Directory knowledge required to support Pc's and users:
  • Group policies
  • User & PC objects
  • Logon scripts
  • Printers
  • Mobile device management

Educational Requirements:

  • Higher education or equivalent experience.
  • You are passionate about technology and more specific technologies around network
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written is a must
  • ITIL Certification
  • Technology certifications are a plus
