Onze consultants helpen klanten bij grote en kleine veranderingen zoals een sterke groei, een bedrijfstransformatie, een gewijzigde markt, integraties, optimalisatie en harmonisatie van bestaande processen.

We hebben momenteel een aantal interessante projecten waar je kan meewerken aan het optimaliseren en implementeren van end-to-end processen. Vanuit een proces team krijg je een project toegewezen met aangereikte methodologie, gebaseerd op BPMN en lean six sigma. Meestal werk je in teamverband, soms ga je solo De projecten zijn zeer divers in verschillenden domeinen. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en interesse ga je aan de slag in projecten met focus op proces optimalisatie, supply chain, ISO of digitale transformatie. We hebben een grote diversiteit aan klanten, sectoren en type projecten.

Jouw hoofdtaken:

  • Je brengt de organisatie- en werkprocessen in lijn met de visie, strategie en doelstellingen van de klant en dit in verschillende business domeinen.
  • Je beheert je eigen proces improvement project(en) van begin tot einde: scherp krijgen van de doelstellingen, in kaart brengen van de AS IS, uitvoeren van een knelpunt analyse en detecteren van opportuniteiten/quick wins, definiëren van een TO BE proces, opzet van een build en adopt plan met ondersteuning bij de uitvoering/realisatie.
  • Je zet (structuur)veranderingen op die gedragen worden door alle stakeholders.
  • Dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden: workshops organiseren en faciliteren, interviews, procesflows uittekenen, analyses uitvoeren, werkdocumenten opmaken, stakeholder management en interne alignering met bvb. IT en proceseigenaars van gerelateerde processen,....

Waar maak jij het verschil?

Je hebt reeds ervaring opgedaan door te hebben gewerkt voor een consultancy bedrijf of door te hebben gewerkt in de industrie als interne consultant/key user.

Diploma: Je hebt een master diploma handels- of burgerlijk ingenieur, TEW of handelswetenschappen. Je vult dit aan met 3 à 5 jaar ervaring als business consultant.

Methodologieën:Je begrijpt bedrijfsprocessen en kan deze in kaart brengen (processmapping/procesoptimalisatie via BPMN, lean six sigma of lean methodologie).

Stakeholder management: je beheert interne en externe belanghebbenden. Contractuele overeenkomsten zijn hierbij je leidraad.

Change management: je krijgt mensen enthousiast mee in het nieuwe verhaal. Je werkt (of bent nieuwsgierig om te leren werken) op een methodologische en gestructureerde manier rond verandering, sponsorship, coaching, training, weerstand en blijvende impact.

ERP processen & applicaties: Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met ERP end-to-end processen.

Analytische geest: je ziet snel verbanden, je onderscheidt hoofd- en bijzaken.Bovendien durf je dingen in vraag te stellen en streef je continu naar verbetering.

Communicatie: uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, overtuigend en helder spreken op verschillende niveaus, aandachtig luisteren.

Bruggenbouwer: Je bent de brug tussen business en digital, binnen de organisatie van de klant en met de implementatiepartner.

Probleemoplossend: je bent een sterke problem solver. Je kan snel van richting veranderen of wanneer de situatie dit vraagt.

Engagement: je zoekt een langlopend engagement (en geen projectsourcing).
