Your challenge
Als Commercial Business Controller fungeer jij als business partner voor het sales en marketing team. Je vormt de brug tussen het commercieel en financieel beleid. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het zoeken naar efficiënties en optimalisaties, en weet deze dan ook om te zetten in actiepunten. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Controlling Manager.
Concreet ben jij verantwoordelijk voor:
De opmaak van de maandelijkse forecasting en jaarlijkse budgetten;
Je treedt op als business partner voor het sales en marketing team (analyseren/monitoren van de data, in kaart brengen van de performantie van de teams,);
Je verwerkt de sales deals tijdens de maandafsluiting en analyseert vervolgens de marges;
Je staat in de voor de maandelijkse management rapportering en bespreking met de verschillende stakeholders;
Je brengt doelstellingen in kaart, weet deze concreet om te zetten in KPI's doorheen de organisatie en volgt deze correct op;
Je kijkt kritisch naar de bestaande processen, ziet overal efficiëntie mogelijkheden en ondersteunt bij de continue optimalisatie;
Je vormt het aanspreekpunt van de interne en externe audit verzoeken;
Ontwikkelen van dashboards;
Variëteit van ad hoc projecten.
**Profile**:
Je deed reeds een 4-tal jaar ervaring op binnen Audit of hebt reeds concrete ervaring in Controlling. Ervaring in Commercial Controlling is een plus;
Je hebt oog voor verbeteringen, weet efficiënties in kaart te brengen en om te zetten in actiepunten;
Je bent persoonsgericht, werkt graag in teamverband en toont betrokkenheid;
Een proactieve aanpak typeert jou;
Je beschikt over een analytische/strategische ingesteldheid en gaat accuraat/structureel te werk;
Je bent een uitstekende communicator, dit naar alle niveaus in de organisatie;
Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kan jezelf vlot uitdrukken in het Engels.
