Demand & Supply Planner

Au Service center Stock, vous endossez de nombreuses **responsabilités**. Vous apportez notamment **un soutien** de première ligne aux entrepreneurs indépendants. Vous **analysez** le stock et ajustez le tir si nécessaire. Vous interprétez les chiffres et **contrôlez** toutes les données. Grâce à vos efforts, les clients de Spar trouvent toujours les produits qu'ils souhaitent. Vous **anticipez** les jours de pointe, comme une fête de quartier, Noël, un week-end prolongé, une météo à barbecue et plus encore.
En tant que collaborateur au Service center Stock, vous êtes un **maillon important** de la chaîne de distribution. Vous vous **intéressez** au secteur de la distribution dans son ensemble, et en même temps gardez un œil par exemple sur la problématique des rebuts dans les points de vente ou sur les actions commerciales des concurrents locaux. Vous **informez **et** conseillez** les entrepreneurs indépendants afin qu'ils soient en mesure de réagir à temps aux soubresauts du marché.
Enfin, vous donnez des **formations **dans les nouveaux magasins ou lors des réaménagements de magasins existants. Vous apportez un soutien lors des soldes, lors de la réception de nouveaux stocks et pour expliquer comment utiliser de nouveaux programmes. En plus de vos tâches administratives, il arrive que vous vous rendiez dans des magasins en phase de démarrage, pour vous assurer que l'entrepreneur indépendant gère son stock de manière efficace. De cette façon, vous influencez favorablement l'évolution de son chiffre d'affaires.
On vous remarque grâce à votre attitude positive. Vous travaillez de manière indépendante, précise et orientée client. Vous anticipez rapidement et gardez une vue d'ensemble. Mais par-dessus tout, vous faites tout cela avec implication et enthousiasme.
Vous travaillez dans les bâtiments de RPCG à Malines.
**Profil**:
- ** Formation et expérience** - Vous avez un diplôme de bachelier ou une expérience équivalente. Avoir travaillé dans un magasin ou dans l'horeca est un plus.
- ** Flexibilité** - Vous commencez soit à 7 h, soit un peu plus tard et, dans ce cas, vous travaillez jusqu'à 16 h 30. Vous discutez toujours des horaires avec vos collègues.
- ** Communicateur né** - Lorsque vous prenez des décisions importantes en matière de stock, vous y impliquez toujours l'entrepreneur indépendant.
- ** Compétences linguistiques** - Vous communiquez couramment en français et en néerlandais, ce qui facilite le contact avec les collègues.
