**Jouw functie**:
Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden in deze rol:
- Je bent als project manager verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie op de productievloer van onze operational excellence en continuous improvement projecten, in piloot en roll-out, waarin algemene performance in domeinen als efficiëntie, veiligheid en kwaliteit centraal staan
- Je bent als key-user verantwoordelijk voor de mede-ontwikkeling, training en documentatie van best practices, operationele planning
- & productiesystemen en -processen.
- Je bent als expert verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van belangrijke veranderingsprojecten en je verwerft daartoe een grondige proces
- en systeemkennis, die je in combinatie met je goede communicatieve skills, kan aanwenden om succesvol verbetering te bereiken.
In deze rol rapporteer je aan de Operational Excellence Manager.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Je hebt een brede interesse in productie en logistiek, en hebt een basisopleiding genoten in aspecten als productie
- en voorraadbeheer, magazijnbeheer. Je hebt minstens een basiskennis van en interesse in lean-management en operational excellence.
- Je bezit een Master diploma, bij voorkeur Handelsingenieur of gelijkwaardig. Je hebt bij voorkeur 3j werkervaring in projectwerk en het sturen van teams.
- Je houdt ervan een hands-on maar tevens coördinerende en inspirerende rol te combineren met verdieping in de modernste bedrijfssystemen.
- Op de vloer het verschil maken door fundamenten te bouwen voor lange termijn verbetering van onze operations is een gedroomde uitdaging voor jou.
- Je bent organisatorisch sterk en sterk zelfstandig om prioriteiten te stellen.
