Paradigm is een organisatie die de digitalisering van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest verzorgt. Wij ondersteunen Brusselse openbare instellingen in hun digitale transformatie, met een concrete impact op het dagelijkse leven van de inwoners van Brussel.
Als Program Manager zal je als medewerker van Paradigm bij Leefmilieu Brussel werken, waar je deel zal uitmaken van de afdeling Digital Support. Deze afdeling, gelinkt aan de Algemene Directie, heeft als missie de medewerkers van Leefmilieu Brussel te ondersteunen bij de implementatie en het onderhoud van hun digitale oplossingen.
In deze rol werk je nauw samen met alle afdelingen van Leefmilieu Brussel, waaronder projectmanagers, afdelingshoofden, vakgerelateerde stakeholders en externe leveranciers.
Jouw bijdrage, jouw taken:
- Definiëren en prioriteren van digitale transformatie-initiatieven in lijn met de doelstellingen
- Communiceren van de visie op het programma aan alle betrokken partijen
- Opstellen en bijhouden van een uitvoeringsplan, budget en roadmap van het programma
- Coördineren van projecten en subprogramma's
- Opzetten van een effectieve governancestructuur
- Controleren van de realisatie van voordelen en beheren van risico's en problemen
Je ervaring en competenties:
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in projectbeheer en 2 jaar in programmabeheer
- Universitair diploma in IT of digitale transformatie
- Analytisch, strategisch en financieel onderlegd
- Bewezen vermogen om problemen te anticiperen en op te lossen
- Sterke affiniteit met relevante technologieën voor digitale transformatie
- Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en overtuigingskracht
Troeven: Certificeringen in project- en/of programmabeheermethodologieën en kennis van Frans en/of Nederlands vereist, Engels is een pluspunt.
