Der HR Business Partner ist der erste Ansprechpartner für die Manager für alle HR-bezogenen Themen im definierten Geltungsbereich: derzeit die Niederlande, Deutschland und das Vereinigte Königreich. Identifiziert und befriedigt die Bedürfnisse des Managements und der Mitarbeiter und implementiert verschiedene HR-Themen und -Programme im Unternehmen. Sie arbeiten eng mit HR Operations, HR Competence Center und dem Talent Acquisition Team zusammen. In Ihrem Tagesgeschäft stehen Sie in ständigem Kontakt mit den verschiedenen Managern in Ihrem Umkreis sowie der Finanzabteilung.

Sie werden von einem HR Associate bei administrativen Aufgaben unterstützt, sind Teil des globalen HR-Teams und berichten an den Chief HR Officer.

**Hauptverantwortlichkeiten**
- Sie beraten das Linienmanagement und geben täglich Personalberatung
- Sie analysieren Trends und Kennzahlen mit der Personalabteilung
- Sie lösen komplexe Probleme in den Beziehungen zu Mitarbeitern und gehen auf Beschwerden ein
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Management und den Mitarbeitern zusammen, um die Arbeitsbeziehungen zu verbessern, die Arbeitsmoral zu stärken und die Produktivität und Bindung zu steigern
- Sie beraten die Personalpolitik
- Sie überwachen und berichten über die Personal
- und Nachfolgeplanung
- Sie identifizieren den Fortbildungsbedarf für Teams und Einzelpersonen
- Sie bewerten die Fortbildungsprogramme unsere Firma
- Sie schlagen neue HR-Strategien vor
- Sie unterstützten und arbeiten eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen
- Beratende Funktion zu allen HR-Themen wie Talentakquise, Nichterfüllung, Abwesenheitsmanagement, Rechtsstreitigkeiten
- Erster Ansprechpartner für Arbeitsaufsicht, Gesundheit und Sicherheit, Anwälte usw
- Sie definieren und verbessern HR-Richtlinien und -Prozesse
- Rechtliche und administrative Aufgaben: spezifische Arbeitsdokumente, Tarifverträge
- CSR-Berichterstattung und Audits
- Implementierung von HR-Programmen und -Projekten (Mitarbeiterbefragung, jährliches Überprüfungsprogramm usw.)

**Ihr Profil**
- Bachelor-Abschluss, vorzugsweise in Personalmanagement
- Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen
- Vorzugsweise Kenntnisse des niederländischen und deutschen Arbeitsrechts
- Sie können selbstständig arbeiten und sind ein proaktiver Teamplayer mit unternehmerischer Denkweise
- Kundenorientiert mit guten Kommunikations
- und zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten
- Lösungsorientiert, analytisch und belastbar
- Sie spreche fließend Englisch und Deutsch, jede andere Sprache ist von großem Vorteil (Niederländisch nicht zwingend erforderlich)
- Reisebereitschaft
- Hervorragender Einsatz von IT-Tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office und SAP SuccessFactors)
- Gewohnt oder bereit, in einer dynamischen dezentralen und internationalen Organisation zu arbeiten
