De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:

Als IT Innovation Business Analyst bij ons bedrijf ben jij de brug tussen de 'Business' en IT, met de verantwoordelijkheid voor de ontwikkeling en het onderhoud van het applicatie- en datalandschap. In deze rol fungeer je als het aanspreekpunt voor de Business met betrekking tot nieuwe digitaliseringsbehoeften. Je bent tevens verantwoordelijk voor het definiëren en uittekenen van geschikte IT-oplossingen, in nauwe samenwerking met de Business Owner(s), en voor de implementatie en adoptie van de gekozen IT-oplossing.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

Strategie:

  • Verzamelen, uitdagen en implementeren van IT-gerelateerde behoeften van de business, in lijn met de IT-strategie en rekening houdend met de architecturale landschappen vastgesteld door de IT Solution Architect, om de digitalisering en digitale transformatie van het bedrijf te bevorderen.
  • Vertalen van business requirements naar functionele en technische specificaties, waarbij technologische afwegingen worden getoetst met de IT Solution Architect.
  • Opstellen en beheren van budgetten voor nieuwe digitale initiatieven.
  • Bijdragen aan de IT-strategie en de implementatie van de roadmap in samenwerking met het IT-team.
  • Actief promoten van het gebruik van data binnen de organisatie als een "data champion" en het creëren van een datagedreven cultuur.
  • Adviseren van verschillende afdelingen en divisies als Business Advisor over technologische keuzes voor geïntegreerde IT-toepassingen.
  • Optreden als Change Agent om bestaande systemen te optimaliseren of te vervangen.
  • Opbouwen van sterke relaties met de Business Owners. Fungeren als IT Owner voor strategische applicaties, waaronder Odoo, Hubspot, MS Dynamics & Dataverse, h bedrijf Tools, enz.

Operations:

  • Continue verbetering van bedrijfsprocessen en applicaties, waarbij behoeften en eisen van Business Owners worden geanalyseerd en vertaald naar actieplannen met voorstellen voor oplossingen.
  • Grondig testen van nieuwe functionaliteiten ter voorbereiding van Business Acceptatie Testen (BAT) uitgevoerd door Business Owners.
  • Definiëren, promoten en waarborgen van organisatiebrede data governance.
  • Stimuleren van cross-functionele samenwerking op het gebied van IT-initiatieven in verschillende directies, departementen en units.
  • Samenwerken met de Business aan een data platform om de transformatie naar een datagedreven organisatie te bevorderen.
  • Aansturen van externe partijen/consultants en zorgen voor tijdige, budgettaire en kwalitatieve oplevering van projecten.
  • Zorgen voor solide documentatie om transversale kennis binnen het IT-team te ondersteunen.
  • Promoten en stimuleren van digitale vaardigheden binnen de organisatie, samen met de Business Owners zorgen voor een goede adoptie van digitale initiatieven en de bijbehorende toegevoegde waarde.

De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie zijn:

  • Master in Computerwetenschappen, Business Management of equivalent
  • Relevant ervaring als Product Owner, Business Analyst of een gelijkaardige rol
  • Grondige kennis van de IT-markt en ziet de verbanden tussen de verschillende gebieden: toepassingen, gegevensbeheer, infrastructuur, enz.
  • Scrum Master of Product Owner gecertificeerd is een plus
  • Ervaring met PM-methodologieën (Prince II, Agile); certificatie is een plus
  • Ervaring met datavisualisatiesoftware (MS Power BI is een pluspunt)
  • Leergierig en interesse in innovatieve technologieën en veranderende trends in de markt
  • Ervaring met de analyse van bedrijfsprocessen en systemen
  • Autonoom, onafhankelijk en proactief.
  • Kennis van Nederlands en Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
