**Over de Insurance afdeling**:
De Insurance afdeling telt op dit ogenblik een 20 tal enthousiaste medewerkers die elke dag het beste van zichzelf geven om onze interne en externe klanten/bestuurders te begeleiden met hun vragen over verzekeringen of bij de regeling van een schadegeval. Customer Centricity en een efficiënte dienstverlening binnen het kader van onze Arval Beyond strategie is hierbij onze topprioriteit.

Eén van de speerpunten hierbij wordt het verzorgen en optimaliseren van het ganse schadetraject voor de betrokken bestuurders en dat voor zowel korte
- en/of lange termijnwagens en fietsen. Van het correct interpreteren van een aangifte, met advies waar nodig, tot de herstelling en recuperatie van de nodige fondsen.

Om hiervan een succes te maken zijn we op zoek naar een Insurance Team Manager die hier mee zijn/haar schouders onder wil zetten.

**Wat houdt de functie in?**:

- People Management

Je stuurt, samen met je collega, een enthousiast team van schadebeheerders aan. Je volgt hun operationele activiteiten dagelijks op en je zorgt ervoor dat de vooraf gedefinieerde objectieven worden behaald. Hierbij staat de interne en/of externe klanten
- en leveranciers' focus en tevredenheid altijd voorop. Je detecteert kennisnoden bij je teamleden, je zet ieder teamlid maximaal in op zijn/haar sterkten en coacht hen opdat ze zich optimaal verder kunnen ontwikkelen in het algemeen maar ook met een focus op het schaderegelingsproces.
- Process Management

Je neemt huidige werkprocessen en takenpakketten onder de loep en je brengt advies uit naar optimalisatie hiervan. Denk hier bvb aan de digitalisatie, robotisatie of automatisatie van manuele processen. Je wordt gedreven door efficiëntie: "Waarom doen we iets?, Wie doet dit het best? en Hoe produceren we dit op de meest efficiënte manier?". Met jouw fijne antennes capteer je voortdurend potentiële verbeteringen en de beste bottom-up initiatieven worden door jou continu in kaart gebracht. Je bespreekt deze periodiek met je leidinggevende zodat deze in realiteit worden omgezet.

**Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?**:

- Samen met je collega, ben je verantwoordelijk voor een team van ongeveer 18 schadebeheerders. Je bevordert de onderlinge samenwerking binnen het team en de diverse Account Teams en implementeert best practices. Je stimuleert een efficiënte en effectieve werkorganisatie binnen je afdeling, optimaliseert mee processen, systemen en procedures op basis van je dagdagelijkse observaties, je kennis over de verzekeringswereld en analytisch denkvermogen.
- Je bent een coach en haalt het beste uit je mensen. Je ondersteunt hen en beoordeelt hun ontwikkeling. Je motiveert en enthousiasmeert, zet in op talent en je zorgt voor een verdere ontwikkeling en bijsturing op gebied van gedrag en competenties van je medewerkers.
- Je zorgt voor een positieve flow in je team met een hoge motivatie en actieve attitude als gevolg.
- Je bewaakt de voortgang van de werkzaamheden/taken, stuurt bij waar nodig en rapporteert hierover periodiek aan je leidinggevende. Je wijst taken en middelen toe aan je mensen en bewaakt de voortgang hiervan.
- Je organiseert mee team meetings en zorgt ervoor dat de nodige informatie via verschillende kanalen bij je team komt.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat het contact met de andere afdelingen goed loopt en dat er vertrouwen heerst.
- Je bent 80% van je tijd bezig met je team en de ondersteuning van jouw mensen. De overige tijd benut je maximaal om, binnen jouw expertise, verbetering te zoeken in processen en werkoptimalisatie. Dat kan zowel intern zijn, in samenwerking met IT of Arval Competence Center Bratislava.

In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Insurance Manager.

- Je beschikt over de juiste people management skills: je bent een kei in het coachen en anderen helpen groeien.
- Je bent een uitstekende communicator en je geeft op een constructieve manier feedback.
- Je voelt je in je sas wanneer je verbeteringen en efficiëntie op tafel kan leggen en verdedigt deze met vuur.
- Je bent goed in het identificeren van prioriteiten, in het plannen van acties en in het optimaal coördineren van activiteiten.
- Je bent een geboren teamplayer.
- De verzekeringswereld schrikt je niet af en je bent bereid om indien nog nodig binnen het jaar de nodige accredidatie als PCP (Persoon in contact met het Publiek) te halen

**Welke opleiding/ervaring heb je?**:

- Je hebt minimum een Bachelor denk
- en werkniveau.
- Je hebt een kennis van onze business alsook inzicht in de processen die we dagdagelijks in actie zetten om onze klanten te bedienen.
- Je staat stevig in je schoenen en hebt minimum 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een operationele omgeving met zeer commerciële touch, bij voorkeur met ervaring in schadebeheer en/of een coachende rol
