**Om ons technisch departement te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een PRODUCTION SUPPORT TECHNICIAN**
voor het opstellen van werkinstructies en methoden en zorgen voor productiemiddelen met het oog op het goede verloop van de werkzaamheden in de werkplaatsen en de goede kwaliteit van het aan de klant geleverde werk.
**Jouw rol**:
- Je analyseert de technische informatie verkregen van de constructeur via het Engineering departement en integreert dit in het ERP-systeem.
- Je staat in voor het uitschrijven, het updaten en het vertalen van de technische werkdocumenten, rekening houdend met de strikte toepassing van de luchtvaartreglementering en de aanwijzingen van de constructeur.
- Je verzekert de implementatie van de technische werkdocumenten in de ateliers en zorgt voor de correcte toepassing ervan.
- Je neemt deel aan de continuous improvement processen binnen het departement.
- Je neemt deel en/of coördineert de verbeteringen van de huidige werkmethodes en introduceert eventuele nieuwe technologieën.
- Je verzekert het delen van informatie ten gevolge van 'retour d'expérience' (RETEX) aan de hand van een infoshop voor de mechanics in geval van een nieuwe of verbeterde werkinstructie.
- Je verleent technische support aan de ateliers, zowel theoretische als praktische (indien nodig) support, en zoekt naar oplossingen bij problemen om een vertraging van het productieproces te voorkomen.
- Je neemt deel aan de industrialisatie (MRO en NEW) van nieuwe types van motoren.
- Je verzekert de levering van de noodzakelijke toolings aan de ateliers en waarborgt een correct gebruik ervan door adequate werkinstructies op te stellen.
- Je neemt deel aan de industrialisatie (MRO en NEW) van nieuwe types van motoren.
- Je doet reparatievoorstellen naar de constructeur om eventueel de onderdelen herstelbaar te maken.
- Je maakt een lastenboek op voor de productiemiddelen.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Je behaalde een Bachelor Elektromechanica of Luchtvaart, bij voorkeur met een eerste ervaring.
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans en het Engels, en beheerst ook voldoende technisch Engels
- Je hebt een goede kennis (elektro)mechanica, kennis van motoren en motoronderdelen.
- Je bent een communicatieve teamspeler en durft initiatief nemen.
- Ter ondersteuning van onze engine shop werk je in 2 ploegen (van 6 tot 14u, en van 14 tot 18u).
