Overview

As an independent trainer at the Professional Qualification Center, you are mainly responsible for preparing/creating course material for the Management course. You can draw from your own practical experience to leave your mark on the course materials. Ensure the course material and content are delivered entirely in a practical manner to your students during the course series. Additionally, you will also adhere to the school's guidelines regarding the methodology to be followed and consider the target group involved. You may also draw inspiration from other existing educational materials, provided the original source is credited. As a trainer, you will also correct students' assignments and provide them with remote content support during their studies. Our online student platform is an ideal and convenient tool for this.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt educational programs, training tools, course materials, etc.
• Define training methods, resources, and tools
• Student tracking (educational, logistical, administrative, etc.)
• Training framework: series of 12 courses, each lasting 3 hours
• Develop and adapt training tools, tests, programs, modules, plans, etc.
• Provide training and share your knowledge with students: general basic knowledge
• Develop an orientation, information, and/or training program
• Enhance and strengthen assessments (exercises, practical work, exams, etc.)
• Explain materials and equipment to students and impart technical skills

Requirements

To teach at the Professional Qualification Center, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an independent professional. Additionally, possessing the necessary teaching skills is essential. Practical experience and impeccable French writing abilities are highly valued. Our teachers are true entrepreneurs with the professional knowledge needed to impart their expertise to students. A teacher should be friendly, communicative, and helpful. When students submit assignments or have questions, you should be able to respond within 48 hours, regardless of where you are in the world at that time. In other words, you need a high-speed internet connection, a PC, the latest version of Microsoft Office, a phone, etc.

Location

Our training sessions take place in various locations in Wallonia and Brussels. You have the autonomy to choose the campuses where you wish to teach.
