AB maakt deel uit van EIFFAGE BENELUX, een sterke en gediversifieerde groep met 15 ondernemingen, 2100 medewerkers en 600 miljoen euro omzet.
AB is een klasse 8 bouwonderneming dat met 200 medewerkers actief is in burgerlijke bouwkunde, gebouwen en in de industrie.
De vele projecten en disciplines binnen de groep Eiffage, geven je maximale ontplooiingskansen en doorgroeimogelijkheden.
**Functiebeschrijving**:
- Je organiseert en realiseert bouwprojecten die zowel infrastructuurwerken, gebouwen als werken in de industrie kunnen zijn. Je houdt hierbij rekening met de vooropgestelde specificaties, de te halen termijnen en het financieel rendement.
- Je definieert het project, stelt een strategisch plan op en bepaalt de uitvoeringswijze
- Je organiseert de uitvoering, staat in voor de bestellingen & onderaannemingscontracten en volgt de werf op, van opstart tot oplevering
- Je waarborgt de strikte naleving van Veiligheids-, Kwaliteits
- en Milieunormen, zowel door onze eigen medewerkers als door onderaannemers
- Je begeleidt het projectteam (projectingenieur / werfleider), verdeelt de taken en verantwoordelijkheden en doet de nodige opvolging. Zelf rapporteer je aan één van onze Directeurs Projecten
- Samen met de Directeur Projecten verzorg je de contacten met de bouwheer
**Profiel**:
- Je beschikt over een diploma Industrieel of Burgerlijk Ingenieur Bouwkunde
- Je hebt minstens 8 jaar ervaring als projectingenieur bij een klasse 8 aannemer
- Naast het Nederlands heb je een degelijke kennis Engels en Frans
- Je kan vlot overweg met MS Office programma's en bezit een grondige kennis van MS Project
- Je bent autonoom, beschikt over een stevige dosis 'entrepreneurship' en kan beslissingen nemen
- Je kan collega's stimuleren en motiveren om samen de vooropgestelde doelen te bereiken
- Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
