About the job

Context:

  • Join the Belux IPRO team, Innovation Productivity Realization office, based in Brussels_
  • We are looking for a dynamic talent that is hands on, eager to learn and ready to make the difference for our Belgian consumers and patients._
  • As a project manager, you are responsible to drive towards an effective, profitable and superior Innovation renovation and productivity pipeline. This through the management of sku optimization and project ideation, translating the local brand pipeline strategy into key projects through great understanding of the business needs, excellence in execution of project management and guarantee a successful path towards implementation._

Missions:

_ Business strategy_
- _Portfolio management through optimization of the sku assortment based on financial data and insights delivering to rationalization and optimization opportunities_
- _Project management from define to launch in line with brand strategy, consumer expectations and project KPI's_
- _Set up of a 2 year pipeline including innovation, renovation and productivity_

_Impact on business results_
- _Translation of brand strategy into projects and ensuring a healthy pipeline_
- _Management of sku portfolio: healthy, effective and superior_
- _Safeguard the brand and company profitability targets_
- _COGS to be in line with project brief_

_ Process & projects_- _Manage diverse number of projects for the local market (inno, reno, productivity, sourcing, roll out,...)_
- _Secure the right project stage gate and governance through LIM, Fuel4growth_
- _Local single point of contact towards factories_
- _Factory representative in local meetings with regards to capacity, feasibility,..._

About you

  • Master degree (preference business management/economics)
  • Project management, Internal & external stakeholder management
  • Communication & presentation skills
  • Financial understanding (P&L, Cogs set up,...)

Are you eligible for a V.I.E?


V.I.E is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company.

This is a 6 to 24 months contract.

  • You must be aged 18 to 28. You must have completed national service obligation.
  • You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.
  • You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your V.I.E.
  • You have never done a V.I.E before.

What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E ?

  • There are no taxes and charges on salary, as a V.I.E your social security is covered by April international.
  • You will be granted with 2,5 days off per month.
  • Your gratification is fixed according to the Business France grid.
  • The cost of your backandforth flight or train tickets is covered.
