**Milcobel Premium Ingredients (MPI)** is de business unit die zuivelingrediënten verwerkt en verkoopt in meer dan 100 landen naar de internationale voeding
- en drankenindustrie. Onze
**mozzarella, cheddar, melkpoeder, wei, room en boter **worden door onze klanten gesmaakt vanwege de hoge voedingswaarde en kwaliteit.

Om dit te realiseren zoeken wij voor onze site in Kallo een
**Continuous Improvement Lead**.

**DE JOB**
- Als CI Lead zoek je voortdurend naar mogelijke verbeteringen op het niveau van een productie plant. Je detecteert, initieert, implementeert, begeleidt of superviseert operationele verbeteringsprojecten die als doelstellingen hebben om de efficiëntie, kwaliteit of output te verbeteren.
- Je begeleidt werknemers naar een efficiëntere manier van werken en duwt hen mee in de richting van optimalisatie.
- Je hebt interesse in 'lean technieken' en kan deze op een pragmatische manier toepassen.
- Je levert een substantiële bijdrage in het creëren van een bedrijfscultuur waar continuous improvement op een natuurlijke en duurzame manier deel van uitmaakt.
- Je rapporteert aan de Plant Manager en werkt nauw samen met het lokale management team.

**JIJ**
- Bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma.
- Bent in staat om een productieproces te begrijpen.
- Kan jou duidelijk uitdrukken naar verschillende doelpublieken en bent analytisch sterk.
- Hebt interesse in project management.
- Bent gedreven om concrete resultaten te boeken in veranderingstrajecten waarbij je je enthousiasme en het gebruik van ondersteunende data vlot combineert.
