Mission Principales**

**Votre rôle **:Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration continue pour les systèmes de planification et de supervision utilisés par les Directions Opérations et Services. Votre expertise contribuera à assurer un fonctionnement optimal et à gérer les demandes d'évolution, tout en équilibrant les développements avec la résolution des problèmes et des bugs.

**Responsabilités**:
Vous serez en charge de:
Systèmes de Planification et de Supervision
- Collaborer activement avec les équipes opérationnelles pour garantir le bon fonctionnement des systèmes au sein d'Eurostar.
- Devenir l'expert référent pour les systèmes de planification et de supervision, contribuant ainsi à l'amélioration continue des opérations.
- Diriger les actions d'amélioration suite à des incidents système et documenter les règles clés pour une supervision optimale.
- Proposer et mettre en œuvre des solutions novatrices pour répondre aux besoins opérationnels et maintenir la sécurité et la fiabilité des systèmes.

Gestion des parties prenantes et des Tiers
- Négocier et maintenir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes internes et les fournisseurs externes, en veillant à la satisfaction des besoins opérationnels.
- Élaborer des cas d'affaires convaincants et des études de faisabilité pour les projets à venir, garantissant une évolution continue et pertinente.

Gestion de Projets
- Piloter divers projets d'amélioration des systèmes de planification et de supervision, de la définition à la livraison, en garantissant le respect des budgets, des délais et de la qualité.

Als IT Solution Expert ondersteun, onderhoud en optimaliseer je de softwareapplicaties voor planning en supervisie van Londense en Continentale treinen. Jouw dynamische rol plaatst je in het hart van het verbeteren van de service en veiligheid van de treinen, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met verschillende belanghebbenden binnen het bedrijf.

**Jouw rol**: Mogelijkheden identificeren voor voortdurende verbetering van de plannings
- en supervisiesystemen die door de afdelingen Operations en Services worden gebruikt. Met jouw expertise zorg je voor een optimale werking en beheer je evolutieaanvragen, terwijl je ontwikkelingen in evenwicht brengt met het oplossen van problemen en bugs.

**Verantwoordelijkheden**:
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:
Planning en supervisie systemen
- Actief samenwerken met operationele teams om de soepele werking van systemen binnen Eurostar te garanderen.
- Je wordt de hoofdexpert voor planning
- en supervisiesystemen en draagt bij aan de voortdurende verbetering van de operaties.
- Leid verbeteringsacties na systeemincidenten en documenteer de belangrijkste regels voor optimaal toezicht.
- Innovatieve oplossingen voorstellen en implementeren om aan de operationele behoeften te voldoen en de veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid van het systeem te handhaven.

Beheer van belanghebbenden en derden
- Onderhandelen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met interne belanghebbenden en externe leveranciers om ervoor te zorgen dat aan de operationele behoeften wordt voldaan.
- Ontwikkelen van overtuigende business cases en haalbaarheidsstudies voor toekomstige projecten en zorgen voor continue en relevante ontwikkeling.

Projectmanagement
- Leiding geven aan diverse projecten ter verbetering van planning
- en supervisiesystemen, van definitie tot oplevering, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat budgetten, deadlines en kwaliteit worden gehaald.

Profil
- Diplôme universitaire en Informatique ou équivalent.
- 5 ans d'expérience probante en résolution de problèmes complexes et gestion de projets informatiques.
- Maîtrise des méthodes de développement de logiciels et/ou services techniques.
- Excellentes compétences en relations interpersonnelles et collaboration interculturelle.
- Habileté à analyser en profondeur les problèmes techniques et proposer des solutions détaillées.
- Capacité à utiliser les données pour étayer les analyses et à communiquer efficacement à tous les niveaux.
- Expérience réussie dans la gestion de systèmes informatiques métier.
- Universitair diploma in Informatica of gelijkwaardig.
- 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met het oplossen van complexe problemen en het beheren van IT-projecten.
- Beheersing van softwareontwikkelingsmethoden en/of technische diensten.
- Uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en interculturele samenwerking.
- In staat zijn om technische problemen grondig te analyseren en gedetailleerde oplossingen voor te stellen.
- Gegevens kunnen gebruiken ter ondersteuning van analyses en effectief kunnen communiceren op alle niveaus.
- Succesvolle ervaring in het beheren van zakelijke IT-systemen.
