Company
You are the permanent contact person for the customers in your region. You have strong communication skills in both national languages and know how to adapt faultlessly to your conversation partner. You will be the first person customers think of when they need advice on passive fire protection.

As project supervisor, you manage the various aspects of the larger and more complex construction sites. You consult with all stakeholders at regular intervals or on call.

You plan coordinations and consultations with the (end) client, with other partners and make appointments with in-house technical experts and installers.

You know you can count on the support of your colleagues within the company and appreciate them for their contribution.

As project supervisor, you ensure project synchronisation in terms of project preparation, planning and administrative follow-up.

For technical expertise, you can fall back on the company's many years of experience.

At your level, you check the works against the technical requirements and ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with these requirements.

You are planned and flexible and do not let setbacks get you down. You go for plan A but anticipate plan B.

You know how important it is to respect the agreed timings and you keep an overview of the current projects at all times.

You do not wait until it is too late but communicate promptly and to the point as soon as you notice that internal or external factors are threatening to become a risk to the project.

Besides your position as project supervisor, you are the company's signboard and ambassador. After all, your way of acting typifies how our customers view us. You are correct in your dealings and effortlessly combine commercial flair with people skills and decisiveness.

The head office of the company is in Wilrijk. However, you remain flexible and willing to be deployed all over Belgium if necessary. If the opportunity arises, you are also willing to take on international challenges.

Job description

Our client is a leading company in the Antwerp region and specialises in fire compartmentation in the broad sense of the word.

The company offers a total package in the field of fire protection.

Naturally, the company has extensive knowledge of fire legislation and the technical aspects of fire protection. The company not only provides specialised advice but also realises tailor-made projects under its own management.

Projects are carried out in various sectors, including the residential buildings sector, the retail sector, as well as the industrial and nuclear sectors.

These projects include fireproof treatment of cables, fireproof protection of support structures, compartmentalisation of spaces by.installing fireproof doors to fire compartmentalisation of tunnels by installing tunnel doors, etc.
