**Digital Solutions Specialist** die mee ondersteuning kan bieden aan hun Digital Team afdeling. Je maakt als expert onderdeel uit van een ambitieus team dat samen met de business projecten en digitale oplossingen van A tot Z uitwerkt.

**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:

- Je wordt als Digital Solutions Specialist ingezet binnen de organisatie als **ondersteuning voor de implementatie van tools & strategische projecten binnen verschillende afdelingen zoals HR, Marketing, Finance en Operations**:

- Je bent sterk analytisch ingesteld, ontwikkelt en implementeert innovatieve, duurzame, en kwalitatieve geautomatiseerde processen en technologische oplossingen
- Aan de hand van **werksessies met interne stakeholders** zet je, met gericht advies, ideeën om in performante digitale oplossingen
- Enkele voorbeelden van projecten die geïmplementeerd of verbeterd zullen worden**: Customer Service Tool, CRM-systeem, Marketing Automation, Datawarehouse, Klantenapp, Intranet** en andere custom apps
- Je maakt deel uit van een ambitieus team met collega's die elk verantwoordelijk zijn voor hun eigen projecten

**De vereiste kwalificaties zijn**:

- Je hebt bij voorkeur een **Bachelor Diploma in IT** of **gelijkwaardig door aantoonbare ervaring** van minstens 5 jaar in IT Projecten
- Uitgebreide kennis van **Cloud IT-systemen**, vooral in **SaaS oplossingen en Microsoft Power Platform: kennis van Sharepoint, PowerApps & PowerAutomate is een vereiste.**:

- Je bent **bekend met het gebruik van low-code programmeren** door gebruik van talen zoals Python, R, SQL,.NET kennis is een pluspunt
- Je kan data ophalen en creëren. Basis rapporteringen creëren in PowerBI is een pluspunt
- Je bent een vlotte en **duidelijke communicator**, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
- Je maakt deel uit van het Projectteam en bent ambitieus & nauwkeurig om elke digitale oplossing met de hoogste kwaliteit en standaarden op te leveren
- Je kan goed om met verandering en werkt, denkt en organiseert op een Agile manier
- Je bent **structureel probleemoplossend** en gaat pragmatisch te werk om steeds de beste oplossing voor onze business te vinden
- Je bent leergierig en bent op de hoogte van nieuwe trends en ontwikkelingen op het gebied van digitale technologie
- Je bent sociaal ingesteld en daagt de business uit waar nodig, om bepaalde aspecten anders te doen door o.a. het implementeren van nieuwe systemen, het optimaliseren van processflows of het gebruik van bepaalde rapportering
- Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
