Je zorgt ervoor dat de boekhoudkundige cijfers betrouwbaar en verklaarbaar zijn voor alle entiteiten van de groep. Door jou en jouw team zorg je ervoor dat de Raad van Bestuur en onze revisor op beide oren kan slapen.
**De job in een notendop**
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van het Accounting Control team dat ervoor zorgt dat de accounting en rapporteringsstandaarden gerespecteerd worden. Verder verzeker je een vlot afsluitproces en leg je de basis voor onze interne en externe rapportering.
Je belangrijkste taak is het uitzetten van een controle approach, risk assessment en proces analysis om het afsluit proces te optimaliseren en te verbeteren.
Je team bestaat uit enthousiaste boekhoudspecialisten en controllers en jouw rol hierin is ze technisch en strategisch te ondersteunen.
Een typische werkdag is vrij moeilijk te beschrijven, het is een heel diverse job waar je nauw betrokken wordt bij nieuwe producten van zowel de bank als de verzekeringspoot.
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.
Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:
- Een master diploma en/of een eerste werkervaring.
- Ervaring in een big 4 of controller functie.
- Je kan een visie en strategie uitbouwen, je ziet risico's maar ook oplossingen.
- Zin voor detail.
- Je kan omgaan met deadlines en druk.
- Teamwork.
Je scoort extra met:
- Tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans).
- Ervaring bij een bank verzekeraar is een plus.
