We begrijpen dat ons succes afhankelijk is van het aantrekken en ontwikkelen van getalenteerde professionals. Als stagiair Talent Acquisition bij Universitair Ziekenhuis Brussel krijg je de unieke kans om deel uit te maken van ons team dat zich bezighoudt met het werven van uitzonderlijk medisch en niet-medisch personeel. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met ons toegewijde Talent Acquisition-team om het juiste talent aan te trekken en te selecteren dat aansluit bij de behoeften van ons ziekenhuis.

Wat kan je leren ?

Assisteren bij het opstellen en publiceren van vacatures voor medische en niet-medische functies. Actief zoeken naar potentiële kandidaten via verschillende wervingskanalen, waaronder online platforms, netwerkevenementen en medische instellingen. Het screenen van cv's en sollicitaties om potentiële kandidaten te identificeren. Het coördineren van sollicitatiegesprekken en het onderhouden van communicatie met kandidaten. Bijdragen aan het selectieproces door interviews te plannen en kandidaten te beoordelen. Assisteren bij het ontwikkelen en implementeren van wervingsstrategieën en initiatieven. Het bijhouden en analyseren van gegevens en rapporten met betrekking tot het wervingsproces. Ondersteunen bij andere HR-gerelateerde taken en projecten, afhankelijk van de behoeften van de organisatie.

Het Universitair Ziekenhuis Brussel vormt samen met de Vrije Universiteit Brussel en Erasmushogeschool Brussel de Brussels Health Campus. Onze campus is gelegen tussen afrit 9 van de Brusselse ring en het Laarbeekbos en is ook vlot bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer of de fiets.

Wat verwachten wij van jou ?

Actieve student in Human Resource Management, Psychologie, Bedrijfskunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied. Uitstekende communicatie- en organisatorische vaardigheden. Een passie voor het wervingsproces en talentbeheer. Zelfgemotiveerd en in staat om in een team te werken. Bereidheid om te leren en te groeien in het vakgebied van werving en selectie.
