Overview:
As a Contractor Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team's participation in the Data Tribe work and broader Enterprise Architecture enablement initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Tribe Support:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams within the Data Tribe to understand business requirements and strategic objectives.
- Provide architectural guidance and expertise to ensure alignment with enterprise goals and standards.
- Participate in the design and development of datacentric solutions, including data governance, analytics, and data integration strategies.
Enterprise Architecture Enablement:
- Define and maintain architectural blueprints, reference architectures, and principles that guide solution design and implementation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to assess current architecture, identify areas for improvement, and develop roadmaps for transformation.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and standards, promoting consistency and coherence across the enterprise architecture landscape.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members and stakeholders.
- Communicate complex architectural concepts and recommendations effectively to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on architectural decisions and investments.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in enterprise architecture.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and optimization, driving continuous improvement initiatives within the architecture function.
- Champion a culture of agility and adaptability, fostering a mindset of experimentation and learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role, preferably in a largescale enterprise environment.
- Expertise in defining architectural blueprints, reference architectures, and principles.
- Strong understanding of datacentric architectures, including data governance, analytics, and integration patterns.
- Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities, with a focus on driving business outcomes through technology innovation.
