Key Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue through comprehensive management of the investment cycle, including deal sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and execution.
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Engage in networking to cultivate leads with clients and potential investors.
  • Conduct real estate investment analysis and evaluations.
  • Prepare and present business pitches.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams within the organization and the broader international network.

The Successful Candidate

  • Holds a relevant academic degree.
  • Possesses 4+ years of industry experience with a deep understanding of the Belgian real estate market.
  • Demonstrates exceptional networking and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • Exhibits commercial tenacity and the drive to seek new business opportunities.
  • Skilled in negotiation, capable of effectively managing complex deals.
  • Proficient in financial analysis, investment valuation, and deal structuring.
